Why should you refer children to Tapestry Family Services?

• Tapestry Family Services helps keep local children in our community; and in a family setting instead of more restrictive levels of care.
• Tapestry offers a comprehensive, integrated approach to working with the child and his/her family.
• Tapestry encourages the ongoing participation of other agency staff in the child's treatment.
• Tapestry's approach is working.

Tapestry's Service Area

Our service area covers inland Mendocino County, roughly from Ukiah to Willits. We are not able to serve the coastal region, or the far northern regions of the county at this time.

How do I refer a child to Tapestry Family Services?

To refer a child, simply complete the Tapestry Family Services Referral for Services Form and fax it to Tapestry Family Services (463-3381).
