Instructions

Thank you for your interest in employment with Tapestry Family Services; we encourage you to submit an application. All positions that are currently open are listed below. If you are interested in one of these positions, there are several ways that you can apply.

Prior to submitting your application, please be sure to carefully read the Job Description. The specific qualifications required for each position are listed within the job description. If you meet the required qualifications and want to submit an application, there are several ways of getting it to us:

• Complete the on-line application and email it to helenf@tapestryfs.org
  OR
• Print out your completed application, or print the blank form and fill it out by hand, and fax it to Tapestry Family Services at 707 463-3318.
  OR
• You can hand deliver or mail your application to Tapestry Family Services, 290 East Gobbi Street, Ukiah CA 95482. (If you email your application, you do not need to provide an additional hard copy).

If you have a resume, we would appreciate it if you would attach a copy to your completed application.

If you email your application, we will acknowledge that we have received it. If you fax your application or send it through the postal service, and you want to know whether we have received it, you can check with Helen via the email address listed above, or by calling her at 707 463-3300, ext. 117.
